Protecting your personal data and your privacy is an absolute priority for GUMMIAS. We are committed to complying with the provisions of the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).

1. Personal Data Collected

We collect and process only the information necessary to process and track your orders of nutricosmetic gummies:

• Identity data: Surname, first name.
• Delivery and contact data: Postal delivery address, email address, phone number (for couriers).
• Payment data: Transactions are fully encrypted and processed by our PCI-DSS certified payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). GUMMIAS does not retain or store any banking data on its own servers.

2. Purposes of Data Processing

Your personal information is used solely for the following purposes:

• Processing, preparing and shipping your orders of GUMMIAS products.
• Customer relationship management (parcel tracking notifications, after-sales support).
• Securing financial transactions and preventing fraud.
• Information about our new products or nutricosmetic advice, if you have given your express consent.

3. Recipients & Data Sharing

Your data remains strictly confidential and is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
It is only transmitted to our technical processors that are essential to the performance of your purchases: the cloud host (Cloudflare Inc.), our secure payment providers (Stripe, PayPal) and our carrier partner (UPS).

4. Retention Period

Your data is retained for the period strictly necessary to process your orders and to meet French accounting and legal obligations (10 years for invoices), and for a maximum of 3 years for customer contacts.

5. Your Rights under the GDPR

In accordance with European regulations, you have the following rights:

• Right of access to, rectification and updating of your data.
• Right to erasure of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
• Right to restriction of and objection to the processing of your data.
• Right to withdraw your consent at any time.
