Terms and Conditions of Sale

Effective as of 7 August 2026
Article 1 — Scope & Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") apply without restriction or reservation to all sales concluded by the company LYNÉA (operating the brand and trade name GUMMIAS, SIRET 34350341300043, registered office: 157 allée des logis de Brunet, 13600 La Ciotat, France) with buyers wishing to purchase the nutricosmetic products and food supplements offered for sale on the website.
Article 2 — Products & Recommendations for Use
The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. GUMMIAS offers food supplements in the form of tasty chewable gums (gummies) that are 100% vegan, gluten-free and concentrated in vitamins, minerals and botanical extracts.
Important warning: GUMMIAS products are food supplements that must be consumed as part of a healthy lifestyle. They are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (2 gummies per day). Keep out of the reach of young children.
Article 3 — Prices
The prices of our products are stated in euros, all taxes included (TTC).
VAT not applicable: In accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (Code Général des Impôts, CGI), VAT is not applicable to sales made by GUMMIAS. The prices invoiced are therefore net.
Shipping costs are indicated at the time of order confirmation, or are free depending on the promotional conditions in force. GUMMIAS reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the price applied shall be the one in force at the time of final validation of the order.
Article 4 — Orders and Payment
The buyer selects their course or product and validates their basket. The order is firm and final as soon as payment is confirmed.
Payment is made in a 100% secure manner via the approved payment processors available at the time of ordering (bank card via Stripe, or PayPal account).
Article 5 — Delivery Areas, Rates & Lead Times
GUMMIAS products are shipped via our logistics partner UPS. Delivery areas are strictly limited to the following European countries: Metropolitan France, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy and Luxembourg (no delivery outside these European countries).
- FREE UPS DELIVERY.
- UPS delivery times: 1 to 2 business days in Germany, and 2 to 5 working days in Metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and Italy.
In the event of a damaged parcel or any anomaly upon delivery, the customer must submit a detailed claim to our support team within 3 working days at contact@gummias.com.
Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal & Food Hygiene Exception
In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to give any reason.
Hygiene and food safety exception (Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation)): The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for bottles or boxes of gummies that have been unsealed, opened or started by the consumer after delivery, as they cannot be returned for obvious reasons of hygiene and health protection. Only products returned in their original sealed and intact packaging will be accepted for return (return costs borne by the buyer).
Article 7 — Legal Guarantees
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation)) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code (Code civil)).

These Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marseille.
